Juan Wei is the Senior Program Development Manager of Environment Program at the Asia Foundation. Prior to the Asia Foundation, Juan served as Senior Program Manager-Sustainability for the Asia Society in San Francisco. Among her other experiences, Juan has served as Senior Program Officer for IUCN; National Advisor for the Danish International Development Agency’s Wind Energy Development program in Beijing, and Research Associate for the Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance at Stanford University. Juan has an M.A. in International Policy Studies on Energy, Environment and Natural Resources from Stanford, and an LLB in Intercultural Communication from Peking University.
