Kenya AKIBA is Chairman of the Standing Committee on Environment, House of Representatives of Japan. He was appointed Parliamentary Senior Vice Minister for Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan as well as for Reconstruction under the Second Abe Cabinet (from December of 2012 to September of 2013).
